   I love this! I was in the mall when I saw these products!

   When you want to curl your hair you may need to tighten your grip on it, but don’t clamp on too tight, you still want the hair to glide through. straightening is easy and like they say use a gentle grip for easy gliding.

   Flips I haven’t tried yet, I’m going to try them on my brothers girl friend later on today. Fast Shipping! I was expecting this tomorrow or next week! I ordered it on Saturday!

   I have used a Paul Mitchell flat iron at the gym where I work and it straightens my hair MUCH better than this one. Even though this one supposedly gets 400 degrees, it’s not nearly as hot as the Paul Mitchell one. It causes me to have a bunch of fly away hairs and I don’t have that problem with PM. I have very course hair that is already straight, but my gray hair is very unruly. I find this iron pulls my hair too, unless I grab a very small section of hair. With PM I can grab a big chunk and iron it without any pulling at all. PM also has temperature settings if you don’t want it quite that hot. I need a very hot iron and this one is not!
   
   Save your $$ and get Paul Mitchell. It’s more $, but worth it! You get what you pay for.

   I was initially skeptical about purchasing the flat iron, I did tons of research on this product and company name and was glad to see so many people were pleased with it’s performance. Needless to say I ordered one last friday and it arrived at my house today (Tuesday). I am glad to say after washing my hair and sitting under the dryer I finally put the flat iorn to the test, and beleive me when I tell you, the results I got were stellar. I love the way the flat iron straightned my hair I have never been able to achieve those results without going to the salon. Being able to stand and deleiver is not the only perk this product has, it also gives the user the abilty to control the tempature and also heats up very fast, within 10 secs of you plugging it up! (and mind you I plugged mine up coming straight out of the box). I have to say I have fallen in love with this product and will never buy anything other than Amika ever again.

   I got this in the mail yesterday and used it for the first time this morning. OMG it’s really good. It’s made my hair completely straight and smooth. I also only had to use it once on each hair section. With other irons, I’ve had to iron one strand at least twice. highly recommended!!

   I am still debating if this is better than my chi flat iron. The only thing that worries me is that the light goes from green to red (back & forth) while I am using it. I don’t understand why it does not just stay on green. I don’t see any difference on the plates as I don’t see where they actually move. My hair does stay soft and the straightening seems to last till the next day. However, my chi does a pretty good job as well. It does seem to create a bit of frizz though and that may be the difference. Hopefully, I have an originial since I did not buy it from the company. We shall see but for the price i am happy. So far so good. I would recommend giving it a try as it works pretty well for my thick hair.
