Does anyone know if the helmet is of good quality? I can’t tell if it’s hard plastic, or one of those flimsy plastic hats that break or crack easy. And does it have straps or those helmet supports that helmets have underneath? My 2 year old nephew LOVES pretending he is a fireman and wears his hat everyday and now it is broken. I need a replacement one for him!

Overall, this is a good quality product, compared to other similar products available. I love the fact that the jacket washable and not made of plastic. The hat is a little flimsy and the toy horn is really loud and annoying. We had to cover the horn up to muffle the sound, since our son loves playing with it.

If you’re looking for new toys for your 2 1/2 year old son or daughter ~ this set is a great option! The jacket is very good quality.

We bought this as a gift for a 3 year old boy. He loves it! It comes with a fire extinguisher and bullhorn that he uses to put out “fires” and save dolls. The coat is a little large but he will grow into it soon enough. Great toy for pretend play.

My four year old enjoys the jacket and helmet but does not play with the toy fire extinguisher, toy bullhorn, name tag or badge. The jacket has three velcro tabs on the front to keep it closed. The jacket is machine washable and is trimmed with reflective material. The back of the jacket says “Fire Chief”. The jacket was a bit smaller than I thought. My son is four and is of average weight and the jacket is a little on the snug side. The helmet is adjustable. This has held up well to normal play. The cost is normally around thirty dollars.
