  1. This is not an anti-glare screen protector. Terrible reflections. Fingerprints very visible. After having this on for one week it seems fused to the screen and I can not remove it! If I ever get it off I will replace it with Power Support’s anti-glare film for iPad. I have the Power Support product on my iPhone 3G which is anti-glare and hides fingerprints.

  2. This is a great product. No comparison to the free one that came with my case. It is worth every penny!

  3. I bought these shields for my new iPad because I have used a similar one on my iPhone and love it! Here is a quick run down why:

    1) No adhesive means you can remove and reapply if you do not get it perfectly lined up. It adheres to the screen by static sling

    2) No air bubbles! Big ones can be easily pushed out! Small ones just disappear after a day or so of use.

    3) If you get dust or dirt trapped you can remove it easily! Just lift up the edge of the shield closest to the dirt particle (I do this using a piece of scotch tape applied to the outside of the shield and then just pull up). Then use the sticky side of a piece of scotch tape to grab the dirt or dust particle off the underside of the shield. Then you just lay the shield back down and carefully peel the tape you used to hold it up. The tape should not leave any marks on the underside of the shield. I did have a small mark once when doing this on my iPhone shield – I had inadvertently pressed the tape too hard – but it faded completely away on it’s own after a few hours.

I have removed and reapplied the one on my iPhone a few times and have successfully used the tape method to remove a trapped spec from both the shield on my iPhone and this particular brand of shield on my iPad.

I highly, highly recommend this shield! My review could apply to probably any anti-glare static cling shield, but I bought this one as the pricing was the best, and so my review is going here.

  4. I bought 2 packs and got most of the bubbles out after my 3rd try. I don’t really like the antiglare on it because it’s a little dimmer. I would probably recommend non antiglare, like the invisible shield. I may go get that installed at my mall, it’s also hard to install right.

  5. Went on real easy. Significantly cuts down on the glare. It also has a very nice feel when you slide your finger over it.

    Highly recommended.Very fast shipping!
