This item is HUGE. You will swim in it. It’s frankly nothing more than a robe with big sleeves and big cape. The material is heavy and feels as rough as a potato sack. Best to make it yourself next year.

While I’m ashamed of paying this much, if you’re going to rock the jedi this is the one you want.
The material, hood, and sleeves are spot on. I checked out the cheaper versions at a local shop and not only are they not full length the material is transparent and crap.
Two things to keep in mind:
1) This thing is HUGE – I’m 6 feet tall and it definitely drags on the floor. The dragging is the proper look, but depending where you will be wearing it you might want to consider pinning up the bottom a few inches.
2) The material is heavy and could be too much for warm weather

Like most people looking for a good Jedi Robe, we’re all a little leery of getting something cheap or something which didn’t meet our expectations. This one caught my eye because of the huge hood and huge arm openings – just like they should be. I’ve seen others out there that are very thin and cheap looking, or the hood is tiny and makes you look like a gnome.
This robe is NOT one of them. It is thick, yet not so thick it would cook you. In my neck of the woods, having a robe like this to keep you warm is a good thing on October 31st as it gets pretty cold. The hood is just right and the arm openings seem to be perfect. The fabric texture is not smooth but it’s not super coarse either – pretty much in the middle. It is a little long for me (6’0″) but it can be easily hemmed.
This company has the best price on this item on the net that I’ve found and if you can find it cheaper, buy it! All in all, I recommend it for anyone putting together a jedi costume. Yeah, it’s more expensive than others but it’s the most realistic one I’ve ever seen.
If you think you can make it cheaper, go ahead but I’ll bet that all the materials, time and effort will make you wish you just purchased this one instead.

To say that I’m a huge Star Wars fan is an understatement. Since my 6 year old twins are going to be wearing Star Wars costumes this year, I figured I’d finally get a Jedi robe. I’ve been looking for over 33 years to find a good one, that will do justice to a Jedi Knight. After some research, and reading other reviews this is the one. This robe is perfect. It drapes and falls around your head and neck perfectly. It’s made of heavy material so it won’t look like crap. It’s huge! I’m six foot two and it still drags on the floor. I don’t think I’m misleading anybody by saying . . if you want a good quality Jedi robe at a very reasonable price. . . look no further. This is it. Period. Good luck and have fun.

I’m a huge Star Wars fan and made a Jedi tunic several years ago. All I needed to finish my costume was a Jedi robe. However, I was slightly disappointed with the Super Deluxe Jedi robe. The robe itself is a good length (it was a bit too long on my 5’9″ frame) and the general shape is correct (i.e. head engulfing hood and wide sleeves). I was disappointed with the fabric. It was too smooth and felt-like, while the fabric in the movies appears coarser. If you are not too detail obsessive, this is a good robe. Also, be sure to shop around. This is not the best price I’ve found.
