I have been using this fantastic case since it was released.
You can tell from the pictures that is is of high quality leather and is also a super duper design. You can fold the cover over and snap it closed and it makes the iPad a attractive carryon for the airplane. I leave my iPad in this case all the time. I spend a lot of time where I need to enter data and then it is flat on my lap. I have a lazy boy chair in the living room that I spend a lot of time with the iPad. If I want to watch a Major League Baseball game with the MLB app I just put a pillow on my lap and open the cover to be at a nice viewing angle and it works fine. This cover gives you around 5 or 6 different angles for horizontal upright viewing. This is what I like best about this cover. The apple cover is fixed at two angles. This one is designed to be angle viewed.
If there is any negative it is the snap on the main cover. I typically use it with cover opened and snapped behind the iPad closed. It is a SNAP and it rocks a bit. That particular snap should have been Velcro. I may replace it with Velcro later. But this is a very minor deal for me and the item is useable and useful and gets FIVE STARS…
I wanted to add a special voice of thanks to the company and their extraordinary effort to get this case delivered to me. I placed the order and while waiting for delivery the Iceland volcano spewed forth a cloud of ash that forced all air traffic in and about Europe to a complete standstill. The folks at Tuff-Luv at tremendous expense shipped me the product direct from China with two day air so that the product arrived at my home at the promised delivery date. This probably meant that the sale to me was a profit loss for the company. I wish the company much success with this remarkable product.
As a side note – I have been using the case each and every day and am still quite pleased with it. The one snap I mentioned earlier as a minor quirk was also written about by another reviewer as producing a rocking effect when opened flat. Well what happens is that the centered snap at the top rear will cause a 1/4 inch gap to the left and right edge at the top. This could easily be remedied with the use of Velcro to replace this one snap.. I have privately contacted the manufacture about this issue and they are aware of it. I even set numerous photos of this problem to the manufacture of this problem. They were very receptive to any design recommendations. Maybe they will address this issue with a future release of the case.
There is another company that makes a less expensive solution to this problem by using magnets – but this would interfere with the internal iPad compass. This is not an issue with this case as they do not use any magnets in there case. This other company covers up the light sensor on the iPad screen which is on the opposite the home button. The Tuff-Luv case has a slot opening to expose this light sensor – so it is not an issuer with this case. Also the choice of using snaps was a good one but it does allow rocking of the iPad when flat.
This case is also far more superior to the apple case that apple sells. Overall – in spite of this one little issue – the Tuff-Luv case is still currently the best case available on the market for use with the iPad…
I own the two models of the case that are offered by iPad for this company. The original case was improved in this newer version. This one is identical to the original with the exception that there is a angled side tab on the cover that allows this case to be stood vertically at a slight angle. This is the perfect case for all types of viewing.
I am very pleased and give FIVE STARS…
Highly recommended…

Nice leather and great look to it. iPad is secure and stays put horizontally and vertically. Love it .

Do not be dissuaded by one possibly fake reviewer. This really is an excellent case and it makes the Apple case look and feel like a cheap knockoff in comparison.
Pros:
-Sturdy and stable in horizontal or vertical positions
-Quality of leather is excellent and soft
-Snug fit yet iPad can be inserted or removed easily
Cons:
-Awkward when trying to hold and read the iPad like a book (more natural to just remove it from the case for this purpose, apple case isn’t much better)
-The edges around the viewing area encroach on the screen a little too much (only a problem when clicking near the edge, like the star on an item in google reader)
The straps and buttons can get in the way occasionally and the leather around the screen can sometimes cover up a few pixels, but while not perfect it is an example of excellent design and great quality that deserves 5 stars.

I pre-ordered this case on the strength of Cajhne’s review on a similar item. I’ve had it a few days and used it on subway & desk for hours.
GOOD
1. Very high quality construction. Excellent feel. Leather is high-quality & soft. The stitching is good. Great feel in your hands.
2. Seems well-designed as a protective case with ability to prop up iPad.
3. Vendor had excellent pre-order communication and process
4. iPad functions very well in the case (easy access to all the ports/switches)
COULD BE BETTER
1. The design which allows portrait/landscape viewing is clever; however, it adds LOTS of snaps and straps, making the cover a bit more bulky and less sleek (catches on things when I’m sliding it in/out of my backpack, etc.)
2. The flip-over snap strap which locks the iPad into the sleeve is about 1-2mm longer than it should be. The leather extends slightly into the viewing area.
3. We are “GO” for launch. To go from closed to tilted/view, it takes 9 unsnaps/snaps. To stow the device, another 9 snaps/unsnaps. Quite a few…
4. The 5 snaps on the front are what allows the tilt to be adjusted. When you peel this back (for propping up the device) the long, studded strap just dangles/flops around (catches on things). I’m a fan of sleek and compact covers.
5. Durable? Time will tell. I’m confident the leather will hold up well; however, I worry if the various straps and snaps will continue to look as nice as they did when new. I expect the straps will likely curl up, catch on things and not look as nice.
6. The leather viewing port crowds the screen just slightly IMHO. I would have backed the leather off 1 mm or so to ensure that it doesn’t block any pixels when the iPad shifts slightly in the holder.
OVERALL
I like the case and prefer it to the simple Apple sleeve. It’s expensive, a little bulky/clunky and may not look as sleek over time, but it’s a well-made product that seems functional for the design goals (port/land viewing). I will keep it for now and give it a 4/5.
