   I have purchased this costume and have not yet received it. I know from the pictures it is not a well-made costume. I am completely disgusted at the price offered through Amazon.com. I purchased this from THELASTPLACEYOULOOK@YAHOO.COM, and cannot reach them by phone, because no phone number is given, which should be required. The price of $149.99 for a large piece of foam is completely absurd. I ordered the costume at this price because it was sold-out everywhere else, and I intend to return it. I hope my daughter will decide on a different costume. Amazon should be ashamed at posting an item that is complete highway robbery at the expense of a child’s fun.

   The costume was what my child wanted to be for Halloween and he would not settle for anything else. So I was willing to pay a little more. The costume is well made even if it is a very simplistic design – 2 squares connected by straps. On the straps, they are velcro and when the pouch is full of candy they give away dumping the contents – my only knock on the costume. The gloves are cute. The goggles are neat but are made out of foam-ish fabric and probably will not last long if played with but my kid didn’t like wearing them. Good enough costume

   I absolutely loved the Wall-E costume. It was perfect for my 5 year old at Halloween. He really loved the fact that he could put the candy in the front pouch. It was very easy to wear and also to get him in and out of it. Very comfortable. I do wish they had added velcro at the sides to keep it flat and to fit around the body better.

   I ordered this a few weeks before halloween and it was a LOT cheaper than what it is listed at now, just 6 days before. And i have to say it was way overpriced then, which was a much lower price. i can see from the previous review that they have blocked the prices. that is unfortunate because there is only so much supply and demand can to do justify the price it has jumped up to. and anyone who is considering this item should know what they are getting themselves in for.

   It is two pieces of square foam attached by two pieces of elastic at the shoulder. PERIOD. because there are no side supports, i have lovely pictures of the tags because it shifted and the three back inside tags were at the top. the eye pieces and gloves are okay but the body of the costume is nothing short of a kiddy version of a sandwich sign. And, it is only decorated on the front. the back is just a solid brown color. not only that, it is awkward to wear. the only way to keep the gloves on is to walk around with hands in the air just like the picture shows.

   you could make just as good of one with a pair of safety goggles with little paper cutout glued to them. the gloves could be made using a pair of dad’s grey socks. get yourself a brown cardboard box, a little paint and a strip of green reflector tape and there would be no difference between the rest of this costume.
